Things to consider when shopping at HEB.  Coupons are for face value onlyBe careful when considering Combo Locos. If you don’t have coupons to stack with them or you don’t need the item you have to purchase don’t do it.  In store coupons are manufacture coupons.  Coupons can not be used for the “free” items in combos.

Their policy is kind of a joke – I went through the entire store and could only find the yellow coupons with the M – I have yet to see any with a B or S on them! If you want bargains, go to Walgreens or Target:)

Yeah im not a huge fan of their “Manufacture coupons” Oh well got to get groceries somewhere!
