IF the in store coupon is marked with an S instead of a M then it should work. HOWEVER, in this case the manufacture is the store since it's HEB brand. AND techniqually the in store coupon is for the wipes. In this case it's just going to be one of those things you just have to try. Don't take no for an answer though, get the manager and demand (politely) en explanation of why you can't do it. Let me know how it goes. No I haven’t been able to make it there yet.
