Pork Chops with Cranberry Sauce, Stuffing, Grilled Asparagus
Preheat oven to 350
- Prepare stuffing according to box. For added flavor use chicken broth instead of water
- Brown Pork Chops in Tablespoon of oil in frying pan
- Transfer pork and juices to baking dish
- Top with smashed up cranberry sauce
- Bake 45 minutes or until tender
- Wash and snap bottoms of asparagus
- Use Grill or large frying pan
- Tablespoon of oil
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
- Grill until lightly chard
