RECIPE: Pork Chops with Cranberry Sauce, Stuffing, Grilled Asparagus

Pork Chops with Cranberry Sauce, Stuffing, Grilled Asparagus

Preheat oven to 350

  • Prepare stuffing according to box. For added flavor use chicken broth instead of water
  •  Brown Pork Chops in Tablespoon of oil in frying pan
  • Transfer pork and juices to baking dish
  • Top with smashed up cranberry sauce
  • Bake 45 minutes or until tender

 

  • Wash and snap bottoms of asparagus
  • Use Grill or large frying pan
  • Tablespoon of oil
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Grill until lightly chard
